Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Accessories Intern – 12 Month Placement (July 2026)
We are looking for an undergraduate student to complete a 13-month internship with us. You will be working in the Accessories Product team of Aftersales for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and you will be supporting the Accessories Product Manager and the Engineers.
You will be exposed to all aspects of product design, market implementation, product launch at Rolls-Royce Ownership Services Department. You will be working with various departments at Goodwood, such as the Designers, Engineers, Pricing team, Controllers, Purchasers, Marketing and Regional teams. You will also have an opportunity to use your design and engineering knowledge to support the various business areas and stages that our products go through before launch. You will support with strategic topics, regional alignments and get the opportunity to become the knowledge holder of many different projects throughout your time in the team. You will be exposed to various accessory types and model launches that will be shared with the world during your time here.
We continuously work on improving processes and supporting our various stakeholders in launching our products in the desired timeframe. You will also be welcome to implement your own ideas and improvements to shape future of the Accessories Product team.

Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Design / Engineering
- Competent in MS Office, with specific experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Interested in working within a customer orientated environment
- Affinity to product design and market research
- Interested in researching new accessories that would support our current product portfolio
- Desire to continuously improve processes
- Attention to detail and a can-do attitude
