Computer Aided Quality Technician, Exterior Surface - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
Entity, Location – Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood.
We in the Exterior Surface Centre supply our customers with the pinnacle in automotive surface finishing. Our class leading team of experts apply state of the art methods & materials to realise our customer’s dreams.
What awaits you?
- Developing innovative solutions to continuously improve data quality processes.
- Developing and compiling key performance indicating reports.
- Liaising with production partners and supporting departments.
- analysing and presenting data and quality characteristics to support further development of surface finish quality.
- Liaising with support functions such as planning, logistics and the production functions with respect to, improving product quality and information transparency.
What should you bring along?
- Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree - preferably in IT, Engineering or other relevant field.
- Interest in information systems technology.
- Drive to create unconventional solutions and ideas.
- Ability to contribute to and be part of a motivated team.
- Fluent English is essential; a working knowledge of German would be beneficial.
- Very good PC skills, an interest in 'low code' development (Microsoft Power apps, SQL, Oracle or similar DB analysis tools).
- Studying an Information Systems/Technology, Engineering or Manufacturing related degree.
