Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Aftersales – Service Operations (Warranty) Intern – 12 Month Placement (July 2026)
We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Ownership Services, Service Operations team. Our Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Operations team provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network. One area of this department is Warranty Management, where we ensure the correct payment of all submitted warranty claims is completed in an efficient and timely manner. From day one, you will be a key and valued member of operations involving tasks such as global cost analysis, import duty evaluation, and tax analysis, all of which support our dealer reimbursement process.
What awaits you?
- Liaise with internal and global departments regarding cost analysis.
- Review worldwide importation and tax charges.
- Analyse and report key performance results to identify specific trends.
- Create and update dealer communication bulletins.
- Support the team with ongoing project work.
- Prepare and create department presentations.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes for warranty circle.
- Help to improve and develop processes to support daily tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Studying towards a 2:2 bachelor’s degree - preferably in Business and Finance Management
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to showcase excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
- Interest in working in an international team.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
