My time at the BMW Group began as an apprentice at the Munich plant. This gave me an early insight into the professional world. Together with the BMW Group, I was then able to study Vehicle Informatics in the "SpeedUp" programme for young talent and work in various IT research teams.  Meanwhile, I am on the other side of the training – as a trainer for IT professions, I share my enthusiasm for future topics with the talents of tomorrow.

Despite the size of the company, the training here is very personal. Close contact with my apprentices is important to me, so that I can adapt the training to their individual interests and strengths. Apprenticeships at the BMW Group is definitely future-oriented. I have made it a matter close to my heart to prepare apprentices in the best possible way for working in innovative areas. I enjoy working here in training in Munich. The Munich site is the heart of the company and the hub for almost all research areas. In addition, BMW offers me many opportunities for further training so that I can continue to discover my strengths and put them to even better use. Munich also offers a lot of recreational opportunities – from pub crawls to yoga classes, you can find everything here.

As an application tip, I would like to recommend that you inform yourself well about the BMW Group and your desired apprenticeship beforehand! It is important to think about why you fit into a company and a certain profession. Maybe you too can turn your hobby into a career!
