I am currently responsible for the technical apprenticeships and dual study programmes in the role of Head of Apprenticeships. Before that, I worked in Human Resources Management, among other things. It is close to my heart to accompany young people on their way into professional life and to support their development steps from day one.

I am particularly proud that our apprenticeships are always technically up-to-date – we work on innovative and future-oriented topics and projects every day. I also like working at the Munich location, because all the central areas of the various departments and the plant work together here.

My application tip for you? Just dare! Convince us with your personality – because that is much more important to us than good grades, for example. I look forward to receiving your application!
