Digitisation and innovation are on my agenda as an apprenticeship and digitisation specialist. I have always wanted to become a trainer, as I am convinced that our youth today bring a lot of ideas that are essential for our innovative and future-oriented work. I also love working with young people, as their motivated and unbiased nature often inspires me. Our young talents shape the future and working with them to sustainably improve our working environment as well as our technologies is something I particularly enjoy.

Our apprenticeship can best be described with the words "state of the art". We are always in tune with the times to guarantee high-quality training. Despite our fast-paced work environment, the family-like working atmosphere at the Berlin location is never lost. Everyone knows everyone and can ask everyone – that is what makes our working atmosphere so pleasant and ensures that fun is not neglected here either.
