With a population of just over 6,000, Woodcliff Lake is a quintessential leafy New Jersey suburb with a friendly, close-knit community and quiet, small-town feel. BMW entered the U.S. market in 1968 with the “2002,” creating an all-new segment: the sports sedan. The success of this vehicle led to establishing BMW of North America, LLC (BMW NA) in 1975. In the years to follow, BMW NA took over import and distribution responsibilities for BMW motorcycles in 1980; introduced MINI, creating America’s first premium small car segment, in 2002; and launched the new Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in 2003.

The BMW Group sales headquarters (BMW NA) has grown significantly in North America. In 2008, the headquarters campus underwent a $100 million expansion to consolidate its operations and stay at the forefront of the automotive industry. Designed to blend into its natural surroundings and committed to reduce energy consumption, the building allows for a state-of-the-art work environment with plenty of natural daylight.

Located in the heart of Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, the 220,000 square feet buildings is in close proximity to the highway, market places, and shopping outlets. It is home to more than 1,100 BMW associates that support the American sales operations of the BMW brand and motor vehicles, including motorcycles, the MINI brand, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

BMW NA celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2015.

Opened in 2008, this facility is located in the western part of Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

The Eastern Region office is responsible for Sales and Marketing, Aftersales and Center Development.

The team of approximately 70 handles over 90 dealerships plus satellite stores for a region that covers the US from Vermont to Virginia and includes 11 states.

Center Development supports continued BMW and MINI retailer growth, the required presentation of our brand standards and compliance with BMW Group Corporate Identify, and attaining our customer satisfaction goals.

In addition, Woodcliff Lake / Eastern Region is responsible for MINI sales, aftersales, market coordination, regional business management and regional product trainers (BMW and MINI).

The field team in the Eastern Region plays a pivotal role in the overall sales success of BMW in the US.

Regional Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, BMW Financial Service, and Center Development all operate in close proximity to each other offering an introspective view of each group’s efforts in delivering outstanding experience to our customers and dealers. We have a can do attitude and rely closely on our fellow team members to reach our goal.

BMW Financial Services NA, LLC has proved itself as a workplace with a strong focus on employee communication and benefit packages. It was placed in top 10 “Central Ohio Best Places to Work” in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 by the Great Places to Work Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Opening its doors in 1993 in the Hilliard suburb of Columbus, BMW Financial Services handles the financial operations for BMW financial products in the U.S.A., Canada, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. Housed within the 220,000 sq. ft. of this modern office building is a subsidized cafeteria as well as a fully staffed Health Centre and a workout facility.

BMW Financial Services NA, LLC is also present in Woodcliff Lake with some departments and approximately 70 associates based in the same office building as BMW of North America, LLC.
