The only limit is the one you set yourself. Get started. Go anywhere.

At BMW Group, when we say ‘opportunity’, we don’t just mean a job. Here, we’ll provide you with every opportunity to expand your skillset and thrive in an evolving, industry-leading business; one where you can make a difference and take your first steps into a fulfilling and worthwhile career.

Bring your ambition and curiosity and you’ll discover your potential – working alongside talented colleagues who will support you to get where you want to go. As a graduate with us, you go beyond building a career. You make your impact and discover what you can achieve.

Together, we shape the future of mobility.

Applications for our 2023 UK Graduate programme are now open. To find out everything you need to know about our programme and how to apply, read on below.

OUR PROGRAMMES.

As a graduate, you’ll be involved in a variety of strategic and operational projects, and you'll get the chance to strengthen your business profile. Supported by mentors and surrounded by fellow graduates, you’ll gain invaluable insights into business processes and strategy, and you’ll have the opportunity to get to know BMW Group’s culture and brands from the inside out.

We’re looking for driven, forward-thinking graduates with an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and learn at pace; someone who relishes being part of a team and the opportunity to take on assignments of different lengths across different departments.

You’ll start and end your placement in your home department, with two or three flexible assignments in-between. One of these assignments must involve working cross-functionally and you may also have the option to do an international placement. Alongside your assignments you’ll receive training on team building, your personal impact, and our brand academy.

Here at the BMW Group, ultimately – with the right attitude and a willingness to learn –there’s no limit to where your skills, ambitions and goals can take you.

Our 18-month AcceleratiON Programme is a direct path to success for both graduates and young professionals. We recognise that leadership must be learned, which is why international experience and variety are integral parts of our AcceleratiON Programme, giving you the skills, you need to succeed.

We’re looking for someone who, like us, is passionate about creating the automotive and mobility solutions of tomorrow. Someone who enjoys taking on responsibility and is looking for the opportunity to work abroad. If this sounds like the right fit, then AcceleratiON is the right path for you.

You’ll undertake two six-month projects within your chosen major and secondary fields, and two three-month periods working abroad in two different locations. Alongside this, you’ll also gain experience in our production, dealership and customer service areas and have access to training with the BMW Training Academy. After 18 months, you’ll graduate and be ready to begin your career in your chosen field.

The company is great at giving you responsibility. Sometimes you feel like you've been pushed in at the deep end, but that's how you accelerate, and this is what I love about it!
