CRAFT APPRENTICESHIPS.

It takes incredible craftsmanship to deliver Rolls-Royce quality. And that’s exactly what you’ll develop when you undertake one of our craft skills apprenticeship programmes. Training in either our leather or wood shop at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, you’ll receive an in-depth introduction to the world of luxury manufacturing.

Through both on-the-job training and a part-time, college-taught course, you can select from one of our many craft apprenticeships to give you all the skills you need to start a successful career with Rolls-Royce.
