Meet our apprentices.
It’s refreshing to work in an environment and industry that is completely new to me. It was quite daunting at first but getting to grips with unfamiliar processes and mastering them after a few weeks is exactly the kind of job satisfaction I craved before finishing my A Levels.
There’s a great culture promoting diversity and collaboration because it’s very important to make sure that we’re aware of other areas of the business and how we can work together to put the customer first in all of the decisions that we make.
There's a big movement in BMW to strive for sustainability across all aspects of the supply chain and after the cars have been sold, which sits well with my own thoughts about sustainability and the future.
Everyone is really friendly, and always ready to give feedback and help me in my personal and professional development.
