AN APPRENTICESHIP LIKE NO OTHER.

Whether you’re working alongside robots, pioneering greener travel, or capturing a constellation in a car, an apprenticeship with BMW Group is like no other. While studying towards various qualifications, you’ll have the chance to gain in-depth, on-the-job training and use state-of-the-art technology at the world’s leading premium automotive manufacturer.

START YOUR FUTURE HERE.

With a BMW Group apprenticeship you’ll begin your career working alongside passionate people. We offer a range of apprenticeships at four sites across the UK, with the chance to take on real responsibility and learn from the best in the industry. Our apprenticeships last between two and four years, and training typically leads to an NVQ level three qualification – with some apprentices having the opportunity to progress right through to degree level. You’ll build up a network of professional contacts within the business and have the opportunity to develop your career in an exciting, rewarding industry.

Applications are now closed and will open again in January 2021.

Mike, Leathershop Apprentice.

Nathan

We were really well looked after throughout the apprenticeship and I learnt a lot about networking, which was something I wasn’t expecting, but is so useful for my role now.

Nathan, Machine Controller.

Portrait of apprentice Joanne

I’m involved in a number of preventative maintenance projects and I get to work with machining centre machines and robots within the fully automated production block line. I love doing something that I enjoy, while getting qualifications and paid for the work that I do.

Joanne, Apprentice Maintenance Technician in Machining.

Portrait of Luca

My apprenticeship has given me lots of options in an area that I really enjoy. It’s a great opportunity to learn while seeing things in action and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into the next two and a half years.

Luca, Control Technician Apprentice.

Portrait of Mel

My favourite part of the apprenticeship has been going through all the different placements, building connections and networking. That’s the advantage of an apprenticeship at BMW Group in the UK – you get to experience different aspects of the whole company.
