With its ‘Question Everything’ initiative, BMW Group France is redefining its culture with the aim of fostering its employees’ development and its customers’ satisfaction. In concrete terms, the objective is to consistently scrutinise our processes and collaboration methods with our teams. This effort is centred around three core aims: an increasingly agile management, the flexibility of our organisation, and greater cooperation between teams. Since the launch of this co-construction initiative, 150 staff members have joined forces in this internal transformation, which encompasses a broad array of projects: the set-up of collaborative working spaces and common spaces at the group headquarters, the further development of remote working, the overhaul of our evaluation process, and more.
