Business Analyst Customer Self-Service (f/m/x)

Together with you we develop the future Digital Sales Experience for all products and services of the BMW Group across our brands. You will own, design, develop and operate a dedicated part of the new Digital Sales Experience within an international team in an agile environment.


What awaits you?

  • You will drive the development of our customer self-service portal. Your responsibility does not stop with a successful go live but will include the business targets in operations.
  • An interdisciplinary and international team that uses agile product development to generate added value for our customers is part of your tasks.
  • Responsible for the definition and detailing of the product backlog towards a maximum customer and business value lies within your responsibilities.
  • You are responsible to meet the defined criteria for definition of done and evaluation of the developed product scope, support regarding release or rework in the product backlog within your budget scope.
  • Together with our national sales companies you will make sure that your application runs successfully and will be continuously optimized.


What you should bring along?

  • University degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience in eCommerce within Automotive or another industry.
  • Highly developed skills in eCommerce UX/UI.
  • Expertise in using associated tools (Confluence, Jira) and methodological skills (Scrum, LeSS).
  • Competence to evaluate and decide on the implemented product scope according to acceptance criteria towards the Feature Teams.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
