Process Engineer - Press Shop (f/m/x)

We want to make this an even greater part of our future, so we are currently seeking for Process Engineers in press shop.

Our team is responsible for planning production systems in press shop from the strategy phase to handover to the operator.

In this function you will begin with 12 months qualification in the BMW Group production network in Germany while taking over responsibility for a certain content of the production process.  After the qualification you will return to the BMW Group Plant Debrecen and implement your know-how and experience.

What awaits you?
•    Establishing of new production processes in the plant responding to the technology standards in a quality and cost-oriented way, within deadlines.
•    You are part of the press shop team and you will be responsible for the press shop tools.
•    Taking care of tool approvals.
•    Verifying the fulfilment of agreed services and managing our the suppliers during installation on-site.
•    Ensuring the working capacity of external tool manufacturers.
•    Coordinating tool transfers in the press shop network and supporting production.
•    Defining the necessary method changes and additional requirements for the planning department and actively participate with your interface partners in implementing them.
 
What should you bring along?
•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or automotive production related field.
•    3+ years of work experience in production planning environment. Relevant experience in automotive press shop, tool making or general planning is an advantage.
•    Project management skills.
•    Willingness to travel and perform the majority of the BMW Group qualification program abroad.
•    Excellent MS Office and MS Project skills. Knowledge of 3D CAD (CATIA) is an advantage.
•    English and Hungarian business fluent both written and spoken are required, German language would be an advantage.
