What awaits you?
- Planning and implementing concepts, programs and activities for Food Services in Plant Debrecen and managing daily operations.
- Implementing and managing KPI's for hygiene, quality, costs and customer satisfaction for restaurants, shops, coffee bar, catering and vending.
- Managing and leading the service providers for catering and vending machine operations in the topics of offer design, service times, pricing, KPI’s, performance optimization, hygiene and complaint management.
- Investigating and resolving complaints regarding food or service quality
- Ensuring compliance through reviews, inspections and audits.
- Conducting safety, sanitation and maintenance program.
- Collaborating with global gastronomy team for continuous improvement.
- Performing Projectmanagement tasks for Food Service, Occupational Safety and Health Management team.
- Administration of Milestoneplanning, Status reports as well as the implementation of related measures for the HSF team.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field along with minimum 5 years of experience in Food Service Management in corporate or industrial environment.
- Proven knowledge and experience in gastronomy, hygiene and food safety (HACCP).
- Proven experience in managing third party suppliers, service providers.
- SAP and ISO45000, 22000, 14001, 9001 is an advantage.
- Project management skills.
- Advanced level of service and customer orientation along with communication skills.
- Openness to innovation.
- English and Hungarian business fluent both spoken and written, German would be an advantage.
