Lean Specialist (f/m/x)

What awaits you?

• Implementation of the WPS Program (value stream-oriented production system/lean production system) in our plant in Debrecen.
• You will be the interface for lean specialists in other departments and to the central organization.
• Participates in the development of new standards, drives, and steers Continuous Improvement Programs.
• Communication of all WPS related topics (internal / external), leading workshops and trainings for the colleagues.  
• Coordinates WPS Qualification programs.

What should you bring along?

• Successfully completed Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering and Lean production certificates (i.e. Six Sigma).
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of production with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology. Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
• Motivation and creative drive, as well as assertiveness and initiative. A high-level of analytical skills and knowledge of problem-solving methods.
• Openness to travel to Germany for qualification.
• English or Hungarian communication level language knowledge is required. German language knowledge would be an advantage.
