Our team is responsible for all passenger entertainment products at the BMW Connected Company. We are looking for you to develop the next generation Android based passenger entertainment solutions. You will be one of the technical leaders for these products.

What awaits you?

• Within this role you are the central position in the software team for quality.
• You are responsible for quality goals for our software products in the team.
• You prioritize, plan and structure the appropriate test strategy for the project (integration tests, manual testing, test automation, etc.).
• You define test cases and coordinate test implementation with the verifying stakeholders.
• You control the defect management and ensure sustainable quality improvement.
• You pass on your expertise to software developers through targeted impulses for better software quality.
• The design and agreement with other specialists and/or suppliers of new quality assurance processes rounds off your area of responsibility.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of professional experience in agile product development (ideally with Android Automotive OS).
• Profound knowledge in testing and quality assurance of complex software projects.
• Programming skills are desirable (C++, Javascript, Kotlin).
• Business fluent in German and English language.
