Area Sales Manager MINI
We are looking for performance driven and target oriented sales manager who is able to perform under the constatnt change and in VUCA enviroment.
Required responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of dealer performance for MINI dealers in the particular region.
Working to meet sales targets and recommendations approved by MINI PL circle.
Cares for and advises dealers in all matters related to automotive sales including implementation of dealer marketing activities, customer selection, sales executives training and other activities influencing dealer ability to sell cars.
Supports dealers in managerial and corporate matters.
Responsible for overall development of dealer targets.
Co-ordinates the use of all specialists from MINI PL for planning and executing the adequate measures to secure realisation of dealer targets and desired market performance.
Our requirements:
Degree in business administration or similar Working Experience.
Successful experience in Sales in automotive industry, in cooperation with dealers for min. 5 years.
Working for volume or premium automotive dealer as executive or manager will be an additional advantage.
Fluent in business Polish and English.
Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed.
High level of responsibility, punctuality, initiative, proactivity, and communication skills.
