Alphabet Polska Fleet Management  is currently looking for:

Chief Commercial Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Representing the Alphabet Business towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implementation, enforcement, and local adaptation of B2B and local Alphabet sales strategy, policies, guidelines, instructions and procedures, to achieve company short-term and long-term targets, for the Customer Segment Business to Business (B2B).
  • Implementing and developing the local Sales strategy to achieve company short-term and long-term targets, especially by maximizing Sales opportunities for B2B customers to cover the Alphabet brand in the market.
  • Orchestrating all activities in the market to ensure the fulfilment of overall sales objectives in terms of new business volumes, margins and profitability, penetration, dealer and customer satisfaction, and for supporting the sales of the NSC.
  • Orchestrating all activities and initiatives related to centrally requested business development targets and objectives.
  • Ensuring the capsulation of competition law / anti-trust critical information within the Financial Services (SF) Business to Business community.

 

Expectations:

  • Extensive managerial experience at Executive Level (preferable within a multinational company).
  • Significant Sales / Commercial experience with good market and product knowledge and affinity.
  • Extensive experience in the automotive, fleet / mobility industry and / or financial industry.
  • Minimal 5-10 years of experience in Sales Steering (geared towards high performance and target achievement).
  • A proven track record in steering a large division.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong motivation, assertiveness, sovereignty, and integrity.
  • Strong advocate for continuous improvement, embracing innovation and a keen focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of local and international market environment (or ability to quickly adapt).
  • Ability to develop and execute on long-term local strategic visions.
  • Strong experience in change management and project management.
  • Strong customer and process orientation.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Result driven.
  • Strong leadership capabilities including people development and mentoring skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluent in Polish and English, German is an advantage.
