BMW Motorrad Central and Southeastern Europe, located in Salzburg, looks for a Sales Specialist in the area of Dealer Development and Customer Support.

We are responsible for 9 markets and 3 importers in our region with an geographical and cultural extend from Poland down to Greece.

The markets showed an impressive growth over the years and there is so much more potential in the future.

Sales Specialist Dealer Development and Customer Support (f/m/x).

What awaits you?

• Training organization for technical and non-technical trainings including maintance of the internal reporting tool TMSI.
•  Steering Agency for Mystery Shopping Process and Retail Standards Audits.
• Preparatory organization and steering for Order Trade Fairs (Gear & Garment) done in the markets.
• Parts, Acessossories and Gear & Garement pricing for all markets. 
• Project Roadside Assistance and End of warranty check.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration and/or Management.
• Working experience of at least two years and knowledge in leading small teams/agencies.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Result and team oriented with a postive mindset.
• Strong communication competence.
• Flexibility to cope with a wide range of tasks.
• Affinity to the motorcycle business and a motorcycel license are an advantage.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for an indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 2.900 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
