Customer Support Marketing is responsible for the global Service, Accessories and ConnectedDrive Upgrades communication - from concept to implementation in the markets. As a part of an interdisciplinary team, we develop the future digital sales
experience for ConnectedDrive Upgrades and support with the creation of effective content, content maintenance and ongoing optimization. What awaits you?
- You will develop the digital content strategy for ConnectedDrive Upgrades in cooperation with the eCommerce product owner and partners to create a visually seamless E2E user experience.
- You will be responsible for the continuous content maintenance on our digital platform like web store, in-car store and configurator.
- You manage the different content requirements and ensure an efficient project management across different central departments, markets as well as our lead agency.
- You will be responsible to analyse and evaluate the content performance together with the team on all touchpoints to develop improvements and create the best-in-class digital content
What you should bring along?
- Studies in business administration, business informatics, e-commerce or related subjects, specialization in marketing beneficial.
- At least 5 years of working experience in performance marketing or eCommerce, additional experience in content creation or digital marketing beneficial.
- Relevant practical experience with content management systems and ongoing content optimization.
- Excellent project management skills incl. associated tools (Confluence, Jira etc.) and experience in agile working methods.
- A customer-focused and quality-oriented attitude combined with analytical skills.
- Fluent in German and English
