Expert CoC HR Planning, Steering and Reporting (f/m/x).
What awaits you?
- Responsible within HR for headcount planning and steering. Steering the business through relevant processes Forecast in cooperation with controlling and central HR Planning and Steering functions.
- Planning and steering of personnel costs incl. Forecast-Processes and thereof adherence to deadlines.
- Steer key internal and external providers of HR Services to the businesses within the PZ-EU-CS remit.
- Topic Owner for regular KPI-Reportings within PZ-EU-CS and towards the CS-Management.
- Support the digitization related to HR System of the CS region to adhere to BMW Group standards plus fostering the change for standardized systems within the whole PZ-EU-CS remit.
- Topic Owner for yearly Service-Agreement-Process (qualitative and quantitative).
What should you bring along?
- University degree in HR, Finance, Controlling or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience.
- High level of independency, assertiveness and analytical skills.
- Affinity to overall HR-landscape and HR-Processes.
- Very good command of German and English, additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Solution-, target- and process-oriented way of working.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for an indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.400 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
