System Integrator Interior (f/m/x)

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a System Integrator Interior (f/m/x) at our BMW Group Plant Debrecen.



What awaits you?

• Establishing the appropriate processes related to the integration of the interior product integration, analysis of deviations and awareness of functional topics together with an experienced colleague from our BMW network.
• You identify, analyze the root cause and escalate problems during Pre-Series, with consideration of processes in series production in collaboration with the final assembly and other process partners.
• Contributing to the Problem-Management-Process.
• In addition, you are a participant in the comprehensive specialist teams and responsible for the transfer of process and product-related experience for successor models.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor / Master degree in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or have similar knowledge acquired in another way.
• Professional experience in the areas of vehicle analysis, production, development or quality management.
• Experience in moderation and working in different team structures.
• Willingness to travel and perform majority of the BMW Group qualification program abroad during the first year of employment.
• English spoken and written (business fluent), additionally knowledge of German is an advantage.
