Production Process Specialist - Body Shop / Press Shop (f/m/x)

What awaits you?

• Optimizing processes in the production regarding quality, availability and production costs.
• Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement projects with the focus on quality and equipment availability including the development of new methods in the body shop or press shop.
• Autonomously identifies potentials in the own area and initiates necessary actions.
• Responsible for development of a lean production system in the body shop or in the press shop.
• Setting up teams for small projects, coaching the members and giving them instructions.
• Self-responsible tracking of relevant Key Performance Indicators. Initiating suitable containment and corrective actions in case to get back on target level.

What should you bring along?

• Engineering degree, with focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production, automotive engineering or strong relevant experience with secondary education degree can be also good.
• Experience in process improvement and lean management positions in the industry, preferably in automotive production, planning or maintenance.
• Experience in automation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, have a flair for dealing with people and can mediate in conflict situations.
• You act very self-initiative and have a pronounced quality awareness.
• English and Hungarian communication level language knowledge is required. German would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel in the BMW group network during the qualification program.
