Organizational Development Expert (f/m/x)

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking an Organizational Development Expert for BMW Group Plant Debrecen. 

The Organizational Development Expert is conducted to the cultural development of the Plant. The colleague identifies important internal and external stakeholders and develops projects and workshops focusing on the enhancement of intercultural collaboration.  

What awaits you?

• Developing, organizing and faclitating projects focusing on intercultural collaboration and Leadership tasks.
• Hosting and improving internal change agent network.
• Coordinating and steering internal and external Transformation specialists.
• Identifying key metrics and tracking of change adoption and effectiveness.
• Implementing and evaluating impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.

What should you bring along?

• 4-year bachelor’s degree preferably in business, psychology or social disciplines.
• At least 5+ years of demonstrated experience als Organizational Developer or Business Trainer
• Intercultural mindset: experience in Hungarian and German working-culture.
• Solution and implementation orientation.
• High Communication skills required.
• English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken, German language would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally.
