What awaits you?

  • Leading of a team of 8 employees.
  • Responsible of the Regional HR Center of Competences with focus on Compensation and Benefits (C&B), Steering, Planning and Reporting (SPR), Marketing, Recruiting and Health and Work Environment topics (HWE).
  • Talent Management.
  • Main contact partner for the strategic definition of Regional Policies between the central functions (PZ-EU-S) and the legal entities.
  • Strong working relationships with the senior management team to ensure that HR topics support the achievement of the business strategy and its objectives, whilst also ensuring the alignment with the overall BMW Group strategy, HR best practices and legislation.
  • Coordination of the HR related audit and compliance issues.
  • Responsible for main HR projects (e.g.: sustainability, digitalization, …).
  • Steering of the HR Services Team in Salzburg with focus on the outsourced / insourced payroll activities for about 450 employees, its time management recording as well as the support tasks for the HR Business Developers to guarantee an excellent customer service to the management and employees of the 4 legal entities located at the new Campus.


What should you bring along?

  • Winning, agile personality, an active designer who sees HR work as a service-oriented and at the same time entrepreneurial task.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Intercultural experienced personality.
  • Several years of professional experience in a responsible, broad management function, especially minimum seven years in HR-Management.
  • Empathy, a high level of dynamism and intrinsic motivation, pronounced organizational talent as well as creativity and innovative methods.
  • Highly developed ability to prioritize, assert and make decisions.
  • Business fluent German and English skills.

We are looking for you as of March 2023 for an indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 4.400 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification and professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
