As Product Cluster CRM, we deliver Wholesale and Retail CRM systems across the BMW Group world, which are the main technological enabler for customer interactions. CRM systems enable a seamless customer journey by providing the right data in the right place, optimize sales funnel by data-driven steering of sales teams, contribute to E2E monitoring of sales- and service-related activities respectively processes, significantly add to the digital footprint @BMW Group worldwide.


What awaits you?

  • You improve the transparency on the entire Sales Funnel.
  • You monitor the lead flow starting from the web via CRM NSC level to the Retail CRM level.
  • You report the most relevant KPIs for Sales Funnel Management.
  • You work with central departments, our international colleagues in the national sales companies and our implementation vendors.


What should you bring along?

  • University degree in computer science, business administration or any comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales or in a CRM area of ​​the automotive industry.
  • Experience of cross-domain business processes alignment and knowledge of IT projects.
  • Experience with markets in different sales regions.
  • Knowledge of agile working methods.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced knowledge of German and excellent knowledge of English.
