What can you expect?

• Your tasks include, in the first step, establishing the appropriate processes related to cubing together with the process partners and supporting colleagues at the Debrecen plant in order to be able to plan and execute the corresponding cubing loops for the respective vehicle build phases.
• You are responsible to ensuring that all necessary capacities are available and that all relevant process partners are coordinated on site.
• In advance you are influencing the development, execution and structure of the cubing model.
• You are leading the execution and moderation of the cubing loops and you are responsible to ensure that a valid result is achieved in cooperation with the plant, the project and quality management parts (QMT) representatives.
• The creation of meaningful product quality incidents (PQM) and their handshake process is also part of your area of responsibility.
• Furthermore, the preparation of cubing results including the presentation of these results in different plant and project committees is your area of ​​responsibility.
• In addition, you are a participant in comprehensive specialist teams and responsible for the transfer of process and product-related experience for successor models.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor / Master degree in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or knowledge acquired in another way.
• Professional experience in the areas of vehicle analysis, production, development or quality management.
• Experience in moderation and management of different team structures.
• English spoken and written (business fluent) and additionally knowledge of German is an advantage
