We the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of software development in our team Offboard Architecture Connected Vehicle. We build and maintain cloud solutions for all BMW connected vehicles to improve our products and offer new customer-experienceable features.

What awaits you?

• Be part of an experienced team working in one of the most dynamic parts of our company.   
• Take part in defining the cloud architecture for our future vehicles.
• Rapid prototyping/ developing MVP for new cloud technologies and methodologies together with our team and domain experts.

What should you bring along?

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.    
• Experiences with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experiences in software engineering and collaborative software development methods, e.g., Git, Scrum or other agile methods, Jira, CI/CD.
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript/ Typescript, Python or C#/ C++.
• First-hand knowledge in the development of cloud services, APIs, or web apps preferred.
• Experiences with Machine Learning in the cloud is a plus.
