Recruiting Specialist (f/m/x)

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist.

You will be responsible for the realization of the end to end recruiting process from the first contact with the hiring manager to the contract negotiation with the candidate. In order to realize candidate centricity you are the only BMW Group representative towards the candidate. You ensure that the best fit candidates are hired on time and within budget. As an important interface in the team, you will be a respected and trusted point of contact for our various experts.

What awaits you?

• Supporting the hiring managers throughout the entire selection process, from final selection of the candidates to the interview until contract negotiation.
• Constantly exchanging with the HR marketing specialist to ensure the right target group and the relevant channels are utilized.
• Attending job fairs and representing the company at HR marketing and recruiting events.
• Liaising with relevant agencies to ensure that pre-employment checks are completed in the relevant timescale.
• Identifying process improvements and discussing them with the Head of HR Marketing and Recruiting.
• Being responsible for the delivery of the given KPIs.

What you should bring along?

• Bachelor degree in HR or another related field or 2 years of relevant work experiences (e.g. Recruiting Agency).
• Work experience as a Recruiter or HR professional in an international organization, preferable in manufacturing environment, additional experiences of a start-up organization would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of selection methodology on the local market and awareness of the Employment Law that governs the recruiting and selection of people.
• Structured working style and strong ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a high volume environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships at all levels internally.
• English, German and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken.
