As Quality Management System Specialist, you introduce and implement the BMW Quality Management System and Process Management Model of BMW in Plant Debrecen Painted Body Organization.
You will introduce and maintain the document management system, creating, processing, update, and sign-off of instructions, controlled documents. Planning and execution of quality audits to verify the effectiveness of the Quality Management Processes.
What awaits you?
Developing, introducing and implementing concepts for the quality strategy in Painted Body organization.
Developing, planning and implementing IT systems for Q-planning, Q-tests, and rework control, including commissioning.
Controlling, steering and technical leadership of technology-internal teams, as well as problem management process inside own and across other technologies in the plant, including corrective measures.
Recording, processing and presenting quality results in meaningful reports for Painted Body and across technologies in the organisation.
Planning, developing and implementing sequences for efficiency improvement in error prevention and error correction.
Monitoring and executing locking actions and special measures in technology, plant, participation in decisions for borderline and special cases.
Processing problems in the painted body and across technologies in the series support team.
What should you bring along?
Degree in engineering (metrology, mechanical, electrical), quality management or related field of study.
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in the Automotive Industry.
Deep understanding and usages of Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015).
Knowledge in process and system audits, understanding and usages of quality methods.
Experience in leading and managing projects; knowledge in structural problem-solving tools and lean production; process capability and SPC, Quality Methods (6 sigma black belt).
Hungarian and English working proficiency is required. German proficiency would be desirable. Individual language courses available.
Willingness to travel and perform majority of the BMW Group qualification program abroad during the first year of employment.
