Technician Workshop & Infrastructure

Our new BMW Group Future Mobility Development Centre in Sokolov, CZ will be a place where we continue to develop and test groundbreaking innovations in the field of electrification, digitalisation and automated driving. To ensure that all testing activities run smoothly and to keep everyone on the site safe is of high importance. We also believe that the success of a new journey is not possible without a team of individuals who are willing to work together towards a common goal. To help us get started on this new venture in Sokolov, we are searching for skilled talents.

What awaits you?

• Responsibility for the planning, monitoring, control and initiation of maintenance measures for all workshop equipment
• Supporting the workshop activities and ensuring safe operations on the test track and all workshop surroundings
• Being the main contact for local service partners
• Planning and ordering of all equipment, including budget responsibility
• Training of new employees

What should you bring along?

• Experience as plant technician or master in electric, mechatronics or experience in working as a workshop manager.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• First experience of leading a team would be an advantage.
• Fluency in Czech and English required, German is an advantage.
• Driving licence B, BE
