You are jointly responsible for the implementation of the AI (Artificial Intelligence) strategy at BMW AG with the main focus on vehicle development. You will be part of a networked, high-performance team in which people work for one another and are offered maximum autonomy and creative freedom. Become an essential part of AI at and for BMW! What awaits you?

• You will actively participate in designing and implementing BMW’s AI strategy. 
• You will support the optimization of technical interfaces, (data) pipelines and infrastructures in order to implement the BMW AI driving experience as a closed overall system (onboard and offboard, MLOps) even more efficiently.
• You will identify the technical skills that BMW AG still needs to implement the overall AI driving experience even more efficiently and participate in the design of the recruiting roadmap. 
• Another task is to participate in shaping the internal and external AI communication roadmap.
• You will be part of a team which ensures that the developed overall concept will always be in line with all (future) AI legislation (such as the EU AI Act) and will also meet BMW AG’s ethical AI requirements.
• The participation in task processing and in reporting to the project and division management will also be part of your work.
  
   

What you should bring along?

• Degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, business administration or mathematics with a focus on IT or a similar course of study or equivalent qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence (machine learning & deep learning).
• Desirable: Experience of MLOps.
• In-depth knowledge of project management.
• Talent to quickly grasp and structure complex issues.
• Business fluent German and English skills are a prerequisite.
