We offer you the chance to take up an exciting role in automotive software development. As part of an agile development team you will be developing the Linux-based software platform for our next generation electronic control units (ECUs).
What awaits you?
You will design, implement, test and debug a Linux based software platform for several automotive infotainment units.
Development, integration and testing of software components on virtualized as well as on target hardware will be part of your daily work.
You will work in a multi-national dynamic team of motivated software engineers.
What should you bring along?
University degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study at university/FH level.
Extensive professional experience in working with Yocto and understanding of Linux kernel and Yocto upstream working model in cooperation with their development communities.
Professional experience with bitbake, systemd and other open source tools.
Experience re-using SW in a multi-project environment.
Proven development experience with Linux, C, C++, Python, shell, CMake, git.
Understanding of Android is beneficial.
Business-fluent English mandatory, German language skills are a plus.
