In this pivotal role you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and improving strategic approaches, projects, and processes within the HR team. Your work will directly shape and improve our business operations, training, and recruitment functions.
In this role, you will also provide support to stakeholders throughout the business, ensuring seamless end-to-end internal customer experiences and acting as a trusted partner.
Your role will also involve keeping the wider business informed about the progress of HR strategy and change project delivery to support positive growth throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, manage and deliver the implementation of the local HR strategy within the overall Rolls-Royce Motor Cars strategy.
- Collaborate with individuals at all levels of the business, including Rolls-Royce Motor Cars board, General Managers, and Line Managers, utilizing data analytics to support recommendations and task definition.

- Significant experience in an HR function, ideally including working alongside senior management and cross functional business partners.
- SAP/IT systems experience with the ability to handle large and complex data processing would be advantageous.
- Operational and strategic HR experience desirable, with a full understanding of a variety of HR methods and solutions to improve performance and enhance HR contribution to the business.
- Experience in creating strategic approaches, ultimately delivering change projects in cross functional teams without disciplinary responsibility.
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of luxury, automotive and/or manufacturing businesses would be advantageous
Additional Skills:
- Insight analysis with a focus on achieving data driven decisions using key HR metrics to assess impact.
- Good understanding of Project management and deployment methodologies e.g., PDCA/Prince2.
- Experience in using structured problem-solving approaches.
- SAP HR user experience.
- Advanced MS Office capability, particularly MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros and VBA coding), MS PowerPoint and MS Project skills.
- Experience in web-based intranet modification would be advantageous.
- Basic German language knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
