Warranty Quality Analyst
The Warranty Quality Analyst is responsible for assisting the Senior Warranty Quality Specialist in optimizing warranty costs by idea generation to financial validation and tracking of cost saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross functionally among different departments to generate cost saving ideas.
- Develop initiatives and validate financials behind initiatives.
- Compile data for, and perform various data analysis, and create presentations of findings.
- Support team with research and information analysis.
- Compile monthly reports and create presentations accordingly.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses based on project needs.
- Review technical repair instructions and encourage revision recommendations.
- Assist in analysis of Vehicle Reacquisitions.
- Review and process Stop Sale Compensation claim requests from Dealers.
- Support the rollout of various dealer facing programs such as rental vehicles depending on technical issue.
- Support Senior Warranty Financial Specialist in processing dealer compensation requests, following state specific statute, financial analysis, and dealer communication.
- Minor administrative duties including but not limited to answering emails for dealer facing programs and keeping meeting minutes.
- In support of BMW of North America’s business objectives, this position requires regular attendance at a BMW office with remote work capability (hybrid). In-office days may be assigned by the line manager.

The pay range for this role is $74,831 - $87,642.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- 1-3 Years’ experience in project management and analysis/reporting
- Ad hoc business intelligence tools and applications: Tableau, Power BI, etc
- Microsoft office suite
Preferences:
- Additional 1-2 years’ experience in service area for automotive dealerships or similar technical background
- Experience working with technical groups
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with internal partners
- Strong Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
- Strong analytical skills
