Description

The CRM Business Analyst Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA works across departments, providing the tools and knowledge to elevate dealer performance in lead and portfolio management. You will help define and maintain the systems and processes that link automotive ultra-luxury consumers to dealers, ensuring that data and systems support the activation of and steering of national programs at the dealer level. This position supports new car sales, Provenance, Aftersales, Regions, Fields, Marketing, Goodwood and RRMC NA retail organizations and Financial Services in all CRM projects and initiatives.

Other responsibilities include managing the retail systems technology strategy, defining requirements, identifying CRM platform providers and project management/development of systems and tools for integration into the wider business. He/she will act as a subject matter expert on all CRM tools and work to ensure the continually changing needs of the business are met by offering the most up to date, robust and user-friendly systems and tools including overseeing dealer facing systems such as SalesForce CRM, SAP Sales Management System, S-Gate and DealerNet.

You will define and maintain CRM tools to help the field team and dealers to access information to manage their performance; including creating campaigns and dashboards and providing relevant reports and analytics that support the business. Other responsibilities include conducting webinars to educate dealers and field teams on CRM tool, designing, developing and distributing retail CRM solutions to measure success and identify areas of improvement. You will act as a liaison between technical team and business stakeholders and manage data privacy topics.

The pay range for this role is: $86,084 - $101,275.

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Technical / Certificate required
  • Minimum of 5+ years work experience in CRM, data analytics and/or data science
  • Diversified experience needed in understanding IT and database analytics
  • CRM Systems knowledge and Power BI (SalesForce,Tableau, Marketing Cloud)
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to inform and educate others on CRM principles and application
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to simplify the complexity of the topic to a broader audience
  • Ability to develop partnerships and work collaboratively across distance (Rolls-Royce Motor Cars LTD), locally (Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA, LLC) and with North and South American dealers and related dealer groups, as well as externally with suppliers and agencies.
  • Problem solving skills and technical initiative are required

Preferences:

  • Dealer Management Systems knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of global and luxury brands preferred
  • Understanding of regional variances (cultural differences, working ethics etc.)
  • Understanding of automotive industry, including dealer bodies
  • Excellent communication skills
