Area Manager, II
The Area Manager, II for the Western Region is responsible for managing Market 30 to ensure that BMW targets are met in Sales and Aftersales. The Area Manager must establish market goals and direction for themselves and the Aftersales Area Manager, in order to achieve the objectives of the company. A key area of focus will be the development of the Pre-Owned Business at the retail level. Additionally, this role will define development needs for each of the dealers in the Market through the use of a variety of tools, like the Balanced Scorecard and other KPI performance metrics as well as the financial statements, resulting in the development and implementation of sales, marketing, Aftersales and operational improvement plans that will enable the dealers to meet BMW goals and priorities for Sales and Aftersales. The Area Manager will consult regularly with the BMW Center Operator to ensure that agreed actions and programs are being implemented and the BMW Center is meeting targets. The Area Manager is also responsible for leading market implementation of BMW sales and marketing programs, activities, standards, support, tools and achievement of the training requirements. The Area Manager needs to ensure that the BMW Centers in the market provide a premium experience to our customers, meeting the Customer Satisfaction requirements as well as future retail standards.

The pay range for this role is: $119,583 - $152,492.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales, Aftersales, Distribution, or Business Management.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Overnight travel required: 25%
