Intern, BMW Motorrad Sales Planning
This is a full-time internship position for a Spring Rotation, expected to start January 8, 2024 through May 31, 2024 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The intern should be able to support the Sales Operations team in reporting and planning of BMW Motorrad Sales and work closely with the entire BMW Motorrad Sales Department to support the analysis, forecast, and budgeting of vehicles sales incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for completing daily and monthly sales reporting
- Communicate to executive management along with supporting incentive planning initiatives
- Participate in extensive data analysis and ad-hoc reporting and other projects with surrounding teams

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $22.50.
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $27.50.
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Field of study: Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analysis
- Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Familiarity with confluence or affinity to technology with willingness to put on entrepreneurial/creative hat
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical capabilities
Preferences:
- Experience in database systems such as Tableau, VBA, SAP, etc.
- Languages: English (Fluent, Oral, and written)
