Business Steering and Digitalization Intern (Summer 2024)
The Business Steering and Digitalization Intern will support communications, quality, innovations, and launch excellence across the Region Americas to ensure strategic targets are met. The intern will also coordinate business steering and digitalization for PI-4 Regionally and Internationally in the following market operations service areas: Provider Management, Environment Management, Security Management, Facility Management (Hard/Soft Services), Energy Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Quality Management. Provides innovative input to continuously improve Region Americas (FM, Energy, Security, and Space Provision) systems & processes. Supports Communications, Quality, Innovations, and Launch Excellence across the Region Americas to ensure strategic targets are met.
The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
Utilize internal platforms to develop automation to reduce manual processes
o Complete formal UI Path training
o Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate discussions and identify automation use cases
o Build and deploy process automation
Communications
o Publishes Newsletters Regionally and Internationally
o Supports Infoshares and Marketplaces
o Maintains Intranet sites, Organization charts, and Onboarding Guides
Support Digitalization efforts within Business Steering Team
o Development of Power BI Dashboards
o Digitalize process and standards, and maintenance of Internal Intranet Platforms
Special Project as defined by Student and Mentor Jointly

Utilize internal platforms to develop automation to reduce manual processes
- Qualifications - External
- Business or Business Related, Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 20th- August 9th
