Our Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate, and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough.  We decided in November 2020 to bring together BMW Financial Services and Alphabet to stay relevant to our customers and continue to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.

BMW UK, Financial Services, Farnborough –Quality Assurance- 13 Month Placement (July 2024)

As part of the wider Process Management and Quality team you will work within our Quality Assurance section that is responsible for overseeing the Quality of our interactions with our Customers and assessing the performance of these interactions. The Programmes covers a wide area of the business BMW Financial Services, Alphabet and BMW UK. The team is responsible for providing insightful information on the performance of the correspondence with our Customers to varying levels of BMW Management team and working with Managers to improve the overall quality score.

This is an excellent opportunity to be able to have oversight of a large number of areas of the business and Customer journey also to work with Outsource providers.

We are ideally looking for someone who enjoys working with data and is more analytical in their thinking.

What will you be doing?

• Support the management of our Outsource Quality Assurance Provider
• Check the Quality of the audits performed by our Outsourced Quality provider
• Produce insightful report showing trends of areas of improvement for Quality
• Support the designing of new Quality assurance assessments
• Support the Service Delivery improvement of Operational teams and Outsource providers to deliver better Customer Outcomes
• Develop and deliver Management Information presentations on the Quality scores
• Work with some complex data sets ensuring their accuracy including Robot data
• Learn how to manage a provider

• Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Maths/Analytics, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• A genuine passion and interest in the automotive industry.
• Analytical thinker and ability to use data to show trends and root cause
• Confident user of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use your initiative and manage your own projects/workload autonomously.
