RDC Supervisor

The Nazareth Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Supervisor will be required to set and execute the strategic directions of the assigned department, manage process improvement, employee utilization and exceed targets.  They should have strong supervisor/management/coaching and time management skills.  They will be required to be an expert within their department.  Supervisors will be expected manage day-to-day activities, whilst ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

The Supervisor will be responsible to direct and adjust the hourly labor force throughout the day in order to meet or exceed all targets, along with employee coaching and counseling based on poor work performance or behavior as needed.  This position will need to organize and prioritize order/workload processing, to ensure completion within set deadline standards. They will also be responsible to ensure all required training, staff enhancement training and relevant certifications are complete, current and properly documented for assigned department.

Although RDC Supervisors need to be knowledgeable in all departments within the building, this position’s primary focus will be Outbound (Shipping) Department.

The Supervisor position is based in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This is an exempt salaried position.

The salary range for this role is $65k-$76k.

This is a 2nd shift position. Shift time is typically 3:30pm-12am
