Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Assembly Quality Management, Projects - 13 Month Placement (July 2024)

We are responsible for problem solving activities within the pre-series vehicle assembly at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. We identify problems and root causes, develop solutions and monitor the effectiveness. This happens within the Assembly technology as well as in cross-functional teams. We are seeking an intern to join from July 2024.

What will you be doing?

  • Support, coordinate and manage specific daily tasks and longer term projects within the Assembly Problem Management Project team.
  • Active involvement in problem solving activities.
  • Use of quality management and project management tools and methods.
  • Use of data analysis and data visualisation tools and methods.
Qualifications
  • Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering, IT or relevant course.
  • Strong PC skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Quality Mindset and/or interest in Quality Management.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Project Management methods.
