Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Bespoke Interior Trim - 13 Month Placement (July 2024)

In the Interior Trim Centre bespoke department, we develop and manufacture unique and innovative interior trim components. These are produced to the highest possible quality standards and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Our team is seeking a placement student to join from July 2024.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be involved in developing and producing bespoke one-off product. This includes working in teams looking at Innovation and Experimentation of new materials and product.
  • You will support the Bespoke Planners with bespoke feature introduction. This will also include learning about quality requirements for these features, using the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process.
  • Not only will you gain experience in the Interior Trim Centre bespoke department but there will also be opportunities for placements in other areas of the business.
Qualifications
  • Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering, Business Management or Design course.
  • Previous experience of CAD / Design software would be advantageous.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent team working and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
