The Bespoke Product and Process department is a wide-spread organisation, leading the entire Bespoke feature development process from new features conception to realisation. Relying on close working relationships with production & internal/external partners alike, the department is tasked with delivering the future of our Business through an excellent Bespoke offer focusing entirely on our customers.
What will you be doing?
Support the Project Management and Master Data Management teams in the delivery of new Bespoke Features.
Manage the transfer of large datasets between IT systems.
Cleansing and deep-dive analysis of datasets relevant to the Bespoke organisation and provide business-supporting reports to support the identification of trends and details which aid on our decision making.
Explore innovative capabilities of data systems with the aim to introduce them into our organisation.
Co-ordination and steering of Target Management Process and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Structured problem solving following the DMAIC approach.
Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelors degree - preferably in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Data Science or other relevant field.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to show good inter-personal skills, showing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational and time management skills, and ability to show high attention to detail to every task.
Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritise activities, work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems.
An excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook, knowledge of VBA, Power Bi and SAP is advantageous.
Full driving license is advantageous.
