Brand Strategy and Brand Communications define how the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars brand is perceived worldwide, by clients, dealer partners, and broader society. We are a multifaceted department, curating and governing the identity of the brand, bringing it to life through global brand campaigns and supporting regions by championing global marketing initiatives.
What will you be doing?
For us, no two days are the same, but the following presents a snapshot of some of the things that you will be involved with:
Supporting the management and governance of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Corporate Identity, including logos, font and colour palette, across several different mediums.
Supporting interactions between Regions, Dealers, and Central Marketing regarding Corporate Identity adherence.
Supporting budget management including raising Purchase Orders and ensuring budget trackers are up to date.
Researching luxury peer brands, collating findings to support Brand Strategy topics.
Supporting the planning of market research activities. This will include communicating with our regional colleagues.
Supporting the creation of communications collateral that align with our high-touch, client-centric approach.
Qualifications and Experience
· Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
· Fully competent in using Microsoft Office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar are essential, as is a high level of attention to detail.
· A can-do attitude with the desire to go above and beyond.
· An ability to utilise initiative and present suggestions and justifications, solving problems as they arise.
· A creative personal flair with the ability to provide open-minded solutions within tasks.
