International Liaison Engines and High Voltage Coordinator
As International Liaison Engines and High Voltage Coordinator you are the main interface between the vehicle San Luis Potosí plant and High Voltage Powertrain plants.
Within San Luis Potosí plant you are the first and single point of contact for all series powertrain product complains on High Voltage supplied parts and therefore you represent High Voltage in all meetings and relevant decisions e.g., GEMBA walks, Production Meeting, Plant Quality Meetings.
Additionally, you offer on-site support to the project management and onsite departments during launch phases; In close conjunction with your High Voltage network, you are responsible to handle High Voltage supplier self-notifications, implement customer protection and release immediate counter measures (blocking, sorting, reworking, replacing).
Furthermore, you will support and potentially escalate the BMW RK0 / PMP (Problem Management Process), and in line with High Voltage instructions and processes you coordinate analyses, blocking and rework tasks and ensure the plausibility and transparency of High Voltage specific Q-Targets.
You should have:
- Master´s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or any related field of study.
- 5+ years of experience on technical vehicle and powertrain (ICE and HV components) understanding as well as intermediate knowledge on individual components/parts
- Knowledge in QMF / EFQM trained, Green Belt, Six-Sigma or comparable business quality knowledge.
- High motivation to take on responsibility, working within a group of people, steer topics and skills to perform in a time sensitive manner.
- Ability to work in global teams.
- Fluent business English.
