Controls Senior Specialist for Assembly

As a Controls Senior Specialist for Assembly, you will be responsible of controls topics in maintenance. You will independently drive and perform all aspects of project management; support from the early concept, design and implementation phases until completion and receiving handover from planning department. Series production support issues and system optimization are the main topics.

As well, you will be responsible for managing change order requests, punch list resolution activities and adherence to project results. The person must interface with and include all internal/ external project stakeholders in the decision-making processes, while tracking the activities of equipment suppliers and contractors.

Furthermore, you will be responsible of high complex troubleshooting of their assigned equipment, focus teams and reporting to management during breakdowns in the line. Supports project planning, installation, start-up and acceptance, as well as engineering support of new installations and optimization measures of the conveyor and equipment technology in Assembly. 
 

•    Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field of study.
•    3+ years of experience in an electrical engineering position (automotive process).
•    Professional experience in project management in several equipment and/or controls planning projects as well as structural modification, facility management.
•    Knowledge in Siemens TIA Portal PLC programming including, WinCC visualization, industrial communication (Profibus, ProfiNet), industrial Ethernet applications and robots programming.
•    Fluent business English.
