WHAT AWAITS YOU?

•    As the Process IT Engineer your primary responsibility will be to install and maintain software, develop and implement measures to protect against malicious cyber threats and manage and execute the planning, installation, documentation, maintenance, and technical support of IT Production End Devices.
•    Coordinating with project planners and IT for the installation or removal of network infrastructure required by the project. You will work with business key users to define technology needs, understand costs, business benefits, and implementation requirements. 
•    Your remit will include establishing and maintaining architecture for technical security and overall performance of the technology production networks and end devices. 
•    You will identify and develop methods to automate administrative tasks and simplify KPI reporting for production devices/systems as well as providing training and develop technical documentation for users for resolving Production End Device and connectivity related issues. 
•    This role will include liaising with suppliers to ensure proper documentation of production devices/systems (i.e. network configuration, network verification, device addressing, software licensing, etc.). 
•    You will plans, analyse, design (including functional design), define requirements and implement IT solutions required for the technology according to ITPM standards. 

Qualifications

•    Educated to a degree level in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science or the equivalent engineering, IT, or controls experience within a manufacturing environment.
•    Proven experience within an Operational Technology manufacturing environment, preferably within the Automotive sector.
•    Previous project management experience to successfully plan, organise and lead projects is advantageous.
•    Intermediate PC skills including Window Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook and hardware troubleshooting and networking skills are required.
•    Experience using Oracle,  Oracle APEX, or .NET programming.
