As a Process Planning Senior Specialist (PSP), you will be fully responsible to improve and apply the VPS methods according to the BMW Work Organization, owner and management of the line balancing, workstation design and change management of assembly areas.

Furthermore, you will work on the identification of process improvement potentials and initiation of necessary action with the partners in the VPS core team. You will be the work organization essential ambassador of the area, therefore, you will coach the team in order to improve our VPS standards. 

Also, you will manage the tracking of relevant KPI´s in his respective area of responsibility (planned assembly time, headcount, budget, quality, utilization, value-added, etc.)
 

-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study. 
- 3+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
-Professional experience in production control and business administration project management.
- Knowledge in Logistics (SUMA, Routes, Lineside) disable.
-Knowledge in the application of lean manufacturing techniques (TPM, process observation, value stream mapping/design, kaizen, gemba walk, JIT/Kanban, one-piece-flow, 3m model (muda, mura, muri), poka-yoke, spaghetti diagram, etc.) 
-Fluent business English.
